The blocks we deliver to weekly
City centre is roughly 60% of our weekly corporate work. The drop loop is broadly the same most weeks — IFSC by 11.45, College Green / Dame Street by 12.15, Pearse Street / Grand Canal Dock by 12.45 — and we re-order the loop based on which clients are running first.
- IFSC and the docklands (D1). Custom House Quay, Mayor Square, Spencer Dock. Heavy with finance and tech companies; standing weekly drops typical.
- St Stephen's Green / Dame Street (D2). Law firms, professional-services partnerships, design agencies in the upper-Grafton block. Boardroom lunches and partner-only drops.
- Trinity / Pearse Street. University spin-out offices, founder-led tech companies, the cluster of agencies between Westland Row and Pearse Station.
- Grand Canal Dock / Macken Street (D4 edge). Media and tech-platform offices, all-hands lunches for 40–80, occasional product-launch evening drops.
- Smithfield / Markets area (D7 edge). Design studios and small architecture practices; smaller drops, often weekly standing orders.
- Temple Bar (cultural & festival venues). Evening drinks plates for openings at Smock Alley, the Project, IFI.
What city centre offices actually order
Three patterns make up most of the city centre work. We've shaped the menus around them.
- Weekly all-hands lunches (Friday, 20–60 people). Two hot trays, salad, sweet tray. Goes out by 12.15, packed down by 14.30. Standing weekly drops at four city centre clients right now.
- Board / partner lunches (Tuesday or Thursday, 6–14 people). Plated-up tray for the boardroom, a single hot dish and a salad, sweet tray. €22–€28pp.
- Evening drinks plates (launches, end-of-quarter, off-site closes). 30–80 people standing, canapés through a two-hour window, Aoife on site through service.
Timing — how the lunch window works
- Standard delivery window: 11.45 – 12.15
- Earlier windows possible for breakfast drops (07.30 – 08.00) or pre-meeting setups (10.30 – 11.00)
- Setup at your kitchen / boardroom credenza: 5–10 minutes
- Same-day collection between 17.00 and 18.00 — your meeting room is clear by 18.30
- Allergen cards printed and placed before we leave
Friday is our busiest city centre day — book Wednesday for a Friday delivery and you'll always be on the list. Monday is often quieter; we can take same-day Monday drops more often than other days.
Van access & deliveries
Plain navy van. We use a 30-minute loading bay where the building has one, or the closest legitimate loading space. Most IFSC buildings have a loading-bay phone — give us the buzzer code on the order and we save ten minutes on the kerb. Pearse Street and Dame Street drops we pay for short-stay parking when needed and absorb the cost on the per-head price.
